REACH AND EXCEED YOUR FITNESS GOALS – While You Have Fun!

Whether you are beginning an exercise program or a fitness enthusiast, we can provide a training opportunity for you. We will help you start your training or challenge you to push it to the next level.

PERSONAL ATTENTION in a DYNAMIC GROUP Setting

Our programs are individually focused, but group driven. As each person works individually, the group develops a synergy that helps each member grow. Each person in the group works individually to his/her best ability under the care and attention of our coaches. Each person has fun working in a group setting while developing skills individually.

KNOWLEDGEABLE PROFESSIONAL WILL FACILITATE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Our coaches are experienced fitness professional, certified instructors, and multi-sport athletes. They will both train and empower you to achieve your best performance.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND PROGRAMS

The scenic Hill Country of central Texas provides a beautiful setting for varied outdoor activities and is the backdrop for our corporate training activities. The “base camp” for your fitness adventure is Casa de Grande Vista in Marble Falls, Texas, about 30 minutes outside of Austin. The house, made of native stone and materials, provides the perfect, secluded, luxurious setting with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. We can very comfortably accommodate 10, provide pullout sleeping for 4 more, and create bunkhouse-type accommodations for up to 10 more. We provide catered, healthful gourmet meals; daily linen, towel and maid service; two, fully-stocked kitchens; water-front access to Lake Marble Falls; a fully-equipped outdoor cabana; and additional spaces for outdoor dining and relaxing, for the true “Texas Hill Country” experience! We tailor programs and objectives to meet particular needs. Click here to see a sample weekend itinerary. We conduct weekend trainings for all levels of fitness from those beginning an exercise or weight loss program to skilled athletes in a variety of disciplines. We use sports-specific training, physical challenges and mental training, as well as stretching and cross-conditioning activities. Day trips and excursions to Fredericksburg, Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls, and Austin are also possible. Click here for a list of some fun things to do minutes from the base camp. PROGRAM BASICS AND COSTS:

We work to create a unique experience for participants.

We strive to meet specific objectives of the group.

Accordingly, we tailor activities and schedules as needed. Our basic package is a three night/four day weekend that ranges from $400 per person (off-peak, from mid-September to mid-May) to $600 to 800 per person (peak season, from mid-May to mid-September). Click here to view reservation and cancellation policies. This includes all costs and charges except transportation to and from the training site at Marble Falls and hard, alcoholic beverages. Beer and wine is provided in moderation, of course. All meals and snacks (sample meals & snacks) are provided and special dietary requirements can be accommodated, though a special charge may apply. Additional nights/days and additional activities can be arranged and quoted as needed. Typical activities, which vary based on the skill level and requirements of participants, include hiking, trail running, rock climbing, kayaking, martial arts drills, yoga and stretching, meditation training, focus drills, trust games and group-work activities, cycling, and swimming.
